The Jagannath Puri Yatra is a religious pilgrimage to the holy city of Puri in Odisha, India. It is held every 12 years and is attended by millions of devotees from all over the world. The next Jagannath Puri Yatra will be held in 2023.Puri is home to the world-famous Jagannath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Jagannath, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The temple is one of the four sacred Hindu pilgrimage sites known as the Char Dhams.During the yatra, pilgrims offer prayers and perform various rituals at the temple. They also take part in a number of other religious activities such as bathing in the holy river Ganga, attending religious discourses and participating in devotional singing.

DAY 1Arrival at Bhubaneswar / Chilika for Sightseeing

Location

Moning arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport / Railway Station and transfer to hotel. Later on, visit to Chilika Lake at Barkul, enjoy boating services, visit Kalijai Temple in the heart of the Lake.Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.

DAY 2 Biraja Temple, Jajpur

Location

After breakfast, drive to Biraja Devi Temple "Nabhi Gaya (Navi Gaya)” at Jajpur on the bank of Holy River Baitarani. This temple is famous for Shaktism Then back to Bhubaneswar for overnight stay

DAY 3Drive to Puri

Location

temples in Bhubaneswar (Lingaraj, Rajarani, Parashurameswar and Mukteswar) and then drive to Puri visiting enroute Dhauli, Heerapur and Sakshigopal Temples. Evening – visit Jagannath Temple and Gundicha Temple. Overnight stay at Puri.
