Welcome to Hindustan Trips. By booking a trip or accessing our website
www.hindustantrips.com, you agree to abide by the
following Terms & Conditions. These govern your relationship with us and ensure a
transparent and secure travel experience for all parties involved.
1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment, as agreed during the
consultation or at the time of selecting a package.

The remaining balance must be paid before the travel start date or as per the schedule
communicated.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed via email or WhatsApp once
payment is received.
2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or approved payment
gateways.

Hindustan Trips reserves the right to cancel a booking if payments are not completed as
scheduled

Any bank or gateway fees are to be borne by the customer.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) and are subject to the
following refund policy:
- 30 days or more before departure: 75% refund
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Certain non-refundable components (e.g., flight tickets, hotel reservations) will be
excluded from the refund, if already booked.
4. Changes & Amendments

Changes to dates, destinations, or package inclusions are subject to availability and
may incur additional charges.

Hindustan Trips reserves the right to make itinerary or service changes in case of
unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as
natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, lockdowns, or force majeure
events. In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule or offer alternatives, but
refunds may not be possible for non-recoverable expenses.
6. Liabilities & Responsibilities

Hindustan Trips acts as a travel facilitator and is not liable for third-party services
such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, illness, or delays incurred
during the trip.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper documentation (ID proof, travel
permits, etc.) and adhere to local laws.
7. Customer Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the trip.

Any damage caused to property or violation of rules during travel will be the customer’s
responsibility.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, health
emergencies, baggage loss, or personal liability.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City/Location],
India. These terms are governed by Indian laws.
